You still want to live independently but you don't want to cook every meal and you'd just love for somebody else to do the laundry and housekeeping. Maybe it would be just fine for somebody to look in on you occasionally but mostly you can still look after yourself.
That's what Chinook Village's Congregate Living is all about... Just a little bit of living assistance to keep you in your own home in privacy and dignity.
Chinook Village's Congregate Living consists of 94 suites, ranging in size from 490 to 868 sq. feet. You have a choice of one or two bedrooms and, best of all, you can choose to either life-lease or rent, whichever best suits your situation.
Congregate Living Services
Meals
Up to 3 nutritious and delicious meals per day in the Village Dining Room by trained and friendly staff. Guest meals are also available for a small extra charge.
Snacks
Beverages and snacks are available to all Congregate residents in a common area mornings, afternoons and evenings.
Laundry
Chinook Village provides a weekly linen and towel service on a weekly basis. Personal laundry is available if needed.
Housekeeping
Light cleaning of each Congregate resident's suite takes place on a weekly basis.
Parking
An underground parking stall is usually available, if needed, for a monthly fee.
Recreation
Exercise programs, activities, and entertainment are available on an almost daily basis.
Health Services
A health care professional provides assistance with medication, first aid, emergency care and monitoring as needed.
Medic Alert
One push of a button puts you in voice contact with emergency help. Every suite comes equipped with this feature.
